We are now looking for a driven and self-sufficient tire fitter/customer service representative for our workshop in Jokkmokk. The workshop works with both heavy and light vehicles, and you will be part of a team with 2 employees.

You will work in the workshop receiving customers and their cars to mount/change tires/wheels on passenger cars, trucks, construction, agriculture, etc.

Since the position also involves heavy vehicles, we prefer that you have previously worked with mounting and changing wheels on heavier vehicles such as trucks, buses, construction, agriculture, etc. Field service work may occur.

As a customer service representative, your tasks will include contacting customers, retail sales, and supporting the site manager in the ongoing operation of the workshop as well as administrative work. You have good social skills and find it easy to create and maintain good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You are conscientious and engaged, ensuring that customers receive a good reception and excellent service.

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience as a tire fitter
• enjoys working independently and takes responsibility
• is used to customer contacts and has a high sense of service
• is meticulous and proactive
• has a B driver's license and speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• has good knowledge in LV/EM

We place high demands on being the right person for this position. Your personality and commitment will weigh heavily. Experience from work in the tire and/or automotive industry is a requirement.

The position is a 100% permanent employment. We apply a six-month probationary period and salary according to collective agreements.
